Today i went and test drove a 98 rt cc blue.
It seamed to have less get up and go then my 4.7. But i think it was because they had a new alt put on and the cpu was not learned yet?
Handling was real nice went where i wanted with no lean. But bumps were harsh and stiff is that the way they are stock are the shocks bad i noticed no strange sounds and the bunce test looked good? oh gas milege was bad but what the hell its a truck. I think there is something wrong with the ruber in the tires on rt,s out of the 3 iv looked and with one i drove they all had half tread are lower in rear

I've beat plenty of 4.7's in race I really doubt they have more get-up-and-go then the 5.9 R/T. Dodge wouldnt make a truck with a special name Road and TRACK go slower than a smaller engines. as far as the rear being lower. yes, all R/T rears are about an inch (about meaning exactly) lower than the fronts.

If your truck sits lower in the rear, then you have something wrong. The R/T's should sit about 1" higher in the rear, not lower. ANd I got your joke. I think Goodyear did have some defective RSA's that got put on the R/T.
