From the ALLPAR website:
P0320 is Crankshaft position sensor reference signal cannot be found while the engine is cranking.
P0700 is The automatic transmission computer or Aisin computer has a problem

Good luck with it. Just had my truck fixed after getting a P1762 and P1764 error codes. The dealer wound up replacing the PCM after many, many tests. At least they gave me a brand new Quad-Cab 4.7L, 4x4 to drive while my CC 3.9L 4x2 was being fixed!

What was this problem? I had the codes P0320 and P0700 both come up and the warrenty just expired...figure that out?
