remove the winshield wiper arms, not
just the wiper it self but the whole thing.

There are plastic caps on the bottom of the wiper arm that need to be removed. Then there is a nut holding it on.

I have taken that nut off and tryed to
pull off the arm and its like there is
somthign else holding it on from underneath.
i got a 98

They are just kinda pressed on from there. Try to pry up on them with something, or get a bigger person to put their weight into it.

if u just want to remove the arms lift up the on the arm to relieve the tension on the spline of the wiper, then while holding the arm off the window lift the arm part off the spline.

I tried what HSKR said to do, I have taken that bolt off and tryedpulling the whole thing off and it still feels like there is somthing else beneath holding it on.
Not sure what you mean don94.
I have a 98 could it be differnt?

Yo, i did that the other day, just to put in some green cobra eye lights for the washer fluid sprayers, THEY DO COME RIGHT OFF, put a towell on the windshield, and with a big screwdriver, pry "gently" and they will come off.
