The grill in the new Ram is enough of a reason to buy the Ram.
Could you image driving a rice burner and seeing that grill coming up fast in your rearview? I'm thinking that would be a great chance to test the true power of the Hemi and drive over the burner.
But if you're a city boy that doesn't use the bed of the truck almost daily (like me), the Dakota will probably suit your needs fine. I have a 4x4 QC with a 4.7 and I like it. I couldn't justify the Ram ... nor do I think it would have fit in my garage.
