i found a 99 5.9 R/T for 11,500. bed cover, dual exhuast, and some other stuff, Im not sure how many miles, but it said extra nice on the window. Its black, I like it, but i want 4x4, i dont use 4x4 ever, ya'l think i should get it?

alright man. you are an asshat. R/T is the best truck out there for the money hands down (Start the flames 4.7's) I bought my truck for 10,800 with about the same mods, try to get it for around that price. but at 11500 it is an ABSOLUTE STEAL! I wouldda payed 11500 for mine without haggling if I had the money

How many miles are on the truck?? What type of condition is it in?? I would definitly test drive it before you bought it. If you don't think you woudl ever use a 4x4, then why get one?? The R/T is a great truck, and can be made pretty quick for not a lot of money(less than $2k in mods and your in the 13's)

Actually, well yeah, the Ford Lightning is about 4,000 more than the rt new and it probabley has around ahhh lets say 150 more hp. I own a dakota and even I know that. What an asshat.

Aaaa no oh deflated one. A new 2002 RC R/T is under $20,000 and a new L is over $30,000. So yeh you do get that 150 HP all for $10,000. What a steal! Oh yeh, they even throw in an extra 600 pounds for free, effectively making it feel like a 90 HP difference.

I looked at the Lightning when I was shopping for My truck, and they wanted $12,000
more for it than My Dak.
when I told the ford salesman that I was buying the Dak. for the V8, he could not even put me in a plain stock 150 Truck with a V8 for that price.

HSKR - My truck has 46k miles and is in good mech. condition. the bed is quite a bit scratched up, but I have an Aftermarker ARE tunneau (SP?) cover that came with my truck. it hides the scratches fairly well, but im still thinking of adding some sort of spray in bedline or carpetting.
