Hey People!
I was just wondering what was the most personal mod that you have done to your truck. Im not talking lifts or drops (unless they are very extreme), Im talking about the one thing that NO ONE else has done, something that makes it truly yours.
For me it was a little R2D2 figure that chrips and sounds like R2D2, that now has an led in him and is tied into my alarm. Lets people know its my truck. So what were some of yours?

I have red glow pedals that I have yet to see on someone elses ride. I also have white faced gauges with a red ram's head on them that I got the idea from intensedak99 website. Both are headturners.

I just moo installed a custom headliner in my truck. I bought some suede at joann fabrics and spent a few hours cutting it and gluing it down. It looks really nice.

I have several.
The RAM on the 3rd brake light, haven't seen anyone else with one blacked out. (AVATAR)
The Wet Okole Door Inserts with the DAKOTA logo.

Most Personal Mod? I put little rams head decals on my mirrors.. 2"X2" on the bottem left corners. They look sweet at night when the light hits them cause they are reflective. Hmm.. Havn't dont much to my truck yet!

That IS a nice colour Marks DQC. I've only seen
that on SLT, it sure looks good on yours.
I guess my most personalizing mods would be my
"baby SRT-10" grill and my Boyds. I was at a hot
rod show on the weekend, to take pics for the
paper where I work. No way would I have rated my
truck in the same league as some of the beauties I
saw there, but I was surprised that there were as
many people checking it out.

found a set of gen3 split spokes with9.50 x15 mudders on them from a kid i work with. he took the time to paint the rams blue in the centercaps and the color is almost the same as my lupis blue. get quite a few comments on my wheels. looks a hell of a lot better than the old factory spoker types with the tiny tires . had to do a little caliper hose modification but they fit real nice. get a little wheel rub at full lock in reverse but i can handle that

ps. i have a 96 shortbed 4x4. 3.9 auto ,air and grey bucket interior. also added a casset / cd player from a 98 grand cherokee. bolted right in. just had to strech the harness a little bit

Thanks all for the compliments.
Lesley, Dodge only offers Garnet Red in the SLT version. I have done the "sport" conversion myself because I liked the color, but I'm not a big chrome fan. Just my taste. It may be the only garnet red "sport", I haven't seen another either.

I think its my polished stainless steel stereo trim. Never seen one on another Dak. I think most people are smarter than I am and would have used aluminium(sp?) But, It looks good!!!

I have a 93 dak and I made and installed a billet insert for my stillen air dam. Since no company makes one, I pretty sure I'm one of the few that has one.

Actually i AM fabricating a set of "Lakewood-style" traction bars by hand from scratch. These will actually fit correctly, though. I am pretty damn proud of that one. I finally learned to weld this past Saturday!!

Hey Cueball don't forget about your exhaust.
well not too many mods here I removed my 3rd cat had a dual setup using a 2 chamber (like) flowmaster muffler. gutted the cat and had it reinstalled. I made a bracket to help support my h-brew intake, I didn't like the fact that the tb was carrying all the weight. Now I'm looking for an extremely loud horn so far I found a 130 db electric replacement, the site looks cheesy and I don't know if it'll mount.
