 Subject: trailer wiring problem

I'm having a problem with my trailer lights. When I pull the headlight switch I don't get any power to the trailer lights. Does anybody know if the Dakota has a "Trailer Tow Relay" like in the Dodge full size pickup. I've searched the owners manual but there's very little on towing.

Look at the fuse center under the hood for blowen fuses if not look at the ones in the dash.
