Hey everyone
Just thought I'd let everyone know that I droped my truck off this morning at the body shop to have the crack in my paint fixed.
I bought my truck to the dealership my dad brings his [ IRA Dodge}, funnie thing is that they fixed it w/ an argument No questions asked. " Ok we'll fix it, when would you like it done?" :O) I was happy about that.
As Far a the Dealership I bring it Too near my Work[Burlington Dodge}. I'm telling them to take me off their computer, forget about fixing the drive side seat, pass side door speaker. ANd write a letter to Dodge to tell them about the CRAPPY service I got there.

Glad to hear it worked out for you. I just got a follow up phone call from my dealer about the serives that was done last week. They called to make sure I was happy with the results (they fixed the paint chip and rust spot under the bed rail). They asked me about 5 questions and sais I would be getting a survey from Chrysler to fill out regarding this service. So far, I must say that I am happy with this dealer. They seem to follow up with their work.
