ken....i almost bought a dak before the 2001 mustang gt after owning 3 rangers i wanted something different.....i love the stang but i miss having a pickup.. :(..... in the spring it will be time to trade in the gt and i am trying to decide what type of truck to get.....dak,ram, or maybe.....er um aaa... f-150.... a guy i work with has a dak he is very proud of and he wants to show up too.... thanks...look forward to checking out the dak,s

Just for your info.. Ken's modem bite the big one and he's been off line for awhile. For those of you who have e-mailed him and he hasn't replied that's why. He's trying to get it up and running and hopefully by tomorrow PM he will be able to reply to those e-mails. The Dak cruise in is still on.

Hey Helton!!!! I live in Ashville!!! Wow....way small world. I don't own a dak yet........yet. I may go to the meet to see some cool trucks. What kind of truck/vehicle do you have? I drive around in a '99 Dark Gray Generic Made Chevy (GMC) 4x4, ex.cab, shortbed. It is lifted 3" and used to ride around on a set of Super Swamper Boggers...till they wore out (10,000 miles) I now have a set of all-terrains on it and the coolness factor is gone. If you see me sometime.....don't be afraid to stop and talk.

Sorry , no venders this year. I am going to wait and see what the turn out is. I talked to Streetgear , and they said that they would do it if the mall let them. Like I said , depends on what the turn out is. This , at first , is just going to be a bunch of us getting together and shooin' the breeze , and checking out all the other Daks. Next year may be better , and may be at the fairgrounds , but I think there is a cost involved. But I don't know how much.Lets see how many people come to this one , and we can get a feel for next year.
