I move in 9 days "across the country" and I need a tonneau cover I dont need one all the time just one for the move ...I am looking for a cheap soft one...any suggestions? And better yet I live in Sand Diego right now so if any of you guys that live down here know of a place to get them locally please let me know!

You can get a cheap tarp and bungee cords at walmart for about $8.oo. It held up pretty good for twelve hours at 75 and rain.

did you just cover your goods with the tarp and wrap it them or use the tarp as a temp tonneau meaning it covered the bed completely ...I am worried about the bungies and string rubbing my paint with the constant friction ...We are driving from San Diego to Palm Beach Florida....It is going to be 4 day trip and I am wondering if it isnt going to hold up......
