You can order them from your dealer, call 1-800-801-5420 to order one or keep an eye out for it on eBay.
Normal price for your '97 (which covers all engine sizes) is about $90 from the dealer. You can purchase one at considerable savings on eBay.

I am looking for a 2003 Dakota Repair Manual.
Also, I am trying to find fog light housing to insert around my fog light.
