You are right 92dakotahd. Sounds like Nicholas was just trying to obey the rules of the road. Keep up with the flow. I dont know about anyone else, but I would't want my new truck getting hit from someone elses stupidity. I know around here no one drives the speed limit, and if you do, people get on your ass end and ride it till you move out of there way. I was going out last night to Kart Trak, and im doing 70 in a 65 in the right lane, and this guy in a mustang comes flying up behind me and practically got inside the bed of my truck. Leave the poor kid alone, hes only 19, hasn't been driving for a long time, sounds like he was just trying to do what was best at the time.

My storey ... I did just that after getting a ticket on an Air Force Base. Pitty me ... the Judge was blind and I guess he heard the guilt in my voice and stuck me with the ticket. True storey in Georgia at Moody Air Force Base.

I wonder what happened to the kid? Is he off or is he in jail now?
Where I live, the crooked cops go right along with the crooked judges, so fighting a ticket can get you serious jail time. The judges and cops are in on the scam. Now you can EVENTUALLY beat the rap on appeal, but it takes 1-2 levels of appeal and you have to post bail (and they make the bail $$$$$$$, like you are some drug dealer with an airplane) and get a GOOD lawyer.

Mr. "Butt plugger one" dug up an old post, and cant even spell ticket!!!!! Hahahaha. The cops around here are cock suckers just like butt plugger. They will give you a ticket for anything. While a cop is giving me a ticket for my window tint, 30 speeders, and 7 drunk people cruise by. Little does the cop know that the kids on the park bench 40 ft away were smoking weed 4 minutes ago. I saw a guy get a ticket for assulting a police officer after telling a police dog to shut up when he barked at the guy for walking by the cruiser! I wish a police dog would get out of the car somehow, and attack me! I would be a rich mother focker! If a cop beats the shlt outta you for no reason, thats a lawsuit, and a police dog is a police officer right? CHA-CHING!!!!! I will do anything to screw the cops over, They have been screwing me since my 16th birthday! I smell bacon!!!!

I would agree i dont care for police officers in general, especially traffic cops. The ones around here serve no real purpose. When i needed them they werent around...or rather just didnt stop to help, several drove by. And when youre the only car on the road with no one in sight doing a safe 10-15 mph over the "limit" there they are to stick it to ya like you just massacred an entire school of kids.
Too many police officers forget to realize the meaning behind certain laws and why they were written in the first place. As theyre writing me a ticket, cars are buzzing past, at night literally with NO headlights..sometimes not even parking lights on, not to mention they guy that just almost caused a wreck while chatting on the cell phone, or how about the lady that cant hold a steady speed...driving 10-20 UNDER the limit and when you go to pass ...speeds up to not allow you back over.
All I can say is Bacon has too much unsupervised authority and driving tests are a joke in this country. Dont let the man keep ya down!

Sucks when they pull you over for 10-15 mph over and always ask "whats the hurry"? And I'm thinking if I were in a hurry you would still be trying to catch my ass!
