Can anyone give me the Fel-Pro gasket number for the thermostat housing on a 5.9L? The local Checkers only carries Fel-Pro, but they can't tell me what will fit my Dak...go figure...

Incidentally, I did try a couple of late-90's model Dodge's (Ram & Dakota), but nothing returned a result.

I just put one on my 2000 R/T. The felpro seemed the best of the Autozone and the one included with the Hyperstat thermostat. The part # is 35064. By the way don't use the 160 thermostat. I drove the truck in 50 degree weather in rain and it gave the service engine light for "engine too cold for too long".

Oustanding. Thanks, Gents!

I should be getting the Dak back from the auto-body shop later this week--it's currently in getting my Shaker hood painted. Once, it is back, I'll have to replace the upper radiator hose before bolting on the new air box. So, I figured that is as good of a time as any to go to a 180 deg. thermostat.
