 Subject: How-to remove the TB linkage on a 4.7?

I just spent 15min trying to take off the throttle linkage, and I can't get it off. How the hell does it come off? I can get the throttle cable off but the other cable is still attached. I would like to port & polish the TB today.
Please help,

The cruise control cable? Just grab the attachment point and pull straight forward.... it pops right off.

You mean off of the linkage and not the bracket.. Just do as Duner says pull stright forward. Sorry forgot about that when you asked before.
