Just got done putting my new JBA ceramic coated headers on my 5.9 2002 quad cab. Took about four hours. Had to wrestle with the y Pipe just like the instructions said might be necessary.
Headers for a 99 fit the 2002 (mine had no precats) except the y pipe had to be moved ahead about 3/4 inch. Well quess what I couldnt get any slack out of the exhaust joints cause DODGE over torqued every muffler clamp and bent the pipes. I had to use a cut off wheel and notch the outside pipe to get some movement. Now I'll have to weld up the holes I created.

Yeah Dodge exaust sucks, I just blew a V6 catalytic converter apart with my 318. I also burned a hole in a manifold.
