Subject: spark plugs IP: Logged
Message: Which are the best spark plugs for the Dakotas with the 318ci. I have been told that the AC Delco's are the best, but I have also read here that the Auotolite's are the way to go for a little extra power. Also for my 93 4x4 Dakota w/318ci and 102k miles, what should I gap them at?

Message: When you get your Autolites, make sure you get coppers, not platinums. Platinums don't work too well in your engine.

Message: The autolites come pregapped to .040" so you may want to close them up a bit

Message: You will like the autolite 3923s but, like Mark said, need to gap them at .035. Less than a dollar each.
