Subject: Drag Coefficient Ratings IP: Logged
Message: Check this page out. Someone did a windtunnel test on the dak's big brother the Ram. I have seen some posts where people want to increase the mpg and get advice back to put on a truck cap. I agreed with that advice untill I looked at this page. A cap acutally HURTS your mpg. Whooda thunk it.

Message: Wow, that is very interesting. It doesn't surprise me that the tonneau is the best (other than the wedge cap). Tailgate lowered is better than no tailgate...that makes sense.

Message: Quite intresting ::Runs out side and lowers his tailgate:: WHOO HOO! better gas milage. I thought it was odd when I drove around for a week with out my tailgate that my gas milage decreased.
