whats the purpose of Registerring when you keep getting an error code when you submitt the form? whats the point of emailing the webmaster when he just ignores you? MARK?? WTF? you gonna fix it or give me my $30.00 back?

The error is Unable to create the profile
No such file or directory

i email mark he asked the same question i replied with my error he replied back with some other question.... i gave him my info and confirmation of order(statement of payment) and i havent heard from him since
