Message: You are correct that the 5224 is the OEM spec, but the 3923 fits as well and seems to be a better performing plug. You want the standard orange box, copper core plug,

Message: Way to go DODGEZILLA.
Your choice is indeed a wise one. You'll notice the improvement right away when you first fire up your rig.
Take pride in knowing you have the "ignition engineered" Autolite copper core sparkplugs in your motor.

Message: That helps. So the 3932's make a little more power but make your mileage go down? So what do the 5224's do that I bought? Stop confusing me! Also I am guessing that replacing stock plugs after only 10,000 miles is not going to make a change. At least they are only $8.
4.7L or bust

Did you have the 5224s in before you switched to the 3923s? Or did you have the OEM specified Champions?
I like the configuration of the 5224s because they have a longer extention into the cylinder than the 3923s.
However, I am running the 3923s because of all the recommendations.
