Go with Westin Platinum Series -- lifetime warranted. They are a little more expensive, but having just put a set on my QC, I can attest to their fit & finish.
Don't even consider the Hobrecht's (which are also lifetime warranted). I ordered a set of them a couple months back; while they were in "over-stock clearance". After waiting two months for them, I was told it would be at least another month before they could be shipped.

I just ordered some Westins and they are now listed as 1997-2002. I guess that means the 2001 is the same as 2002.

I got a set of westin nerfs for my quad and ended up putting spacers between the bar and body brackets so they would stick out far enough to be usefull. They still won't provide any protection from door dings untill I bring them out atleast another inch.

I am using Manik's, they look better than westin's IMO and mount to the frame instead of body mounts.

YES, they will definitely fit a 2002. I just put a set of chrome Westins on my 2002 CC and the box they came in said 97. Easy install too.
