Message: I have a Rhino and love it. Just hauled 4500 pounds of rock and gravel this weekend and had no problems with the damage to the bed of the truck. The nice thing about spray in bed liners is they are practically industructable. In my honest opinion, worth the money you will spend in on. No scratches in the paint and and easy to clean...I spray mine down with a garden hose and let mother nature dry it out.
The bed on my truck is in perfect shape, the tail gate on the other hand has a chip out of the one side where I threw a landscape timer in the bed and the timber hit the tail gate the wrong way. For 20 bucks, I can have that one spot repaired because you can see the red paint.
Whatever bed liner you choose, still worth the money.

Message: I think they both have a lifetime warranty. I've got the line-x. From what I hear, line-x has a little more of a harder finish, but rhino is a little more "rubberier" / skid resistant. not saying rhino is soft.
I hauled an electric stove over the weekend and without tying it down, taking turns, going over railroad tracks, and taking off, it didn't even budge.
the only negative I hear from rhino is that it doesn't spray on evenly. I guess it tends to run down the walls as it's being sprayed-on.

Message: I have a Rhino in mine that was factory matched to the bright red Dodge paint. Looked great with a rubber feel for 2-3 months. Then is quickly faded to orange. UGLY is an understatement! They negleted to tell me about or give me the protectant that I was supposed to spray on it. They ended up fixing it for free by spraying a top coat over it. Looks good again, but lost it's rubber texture.
Make sure you get the protectant "Just Once" so you hopefully won't run into any problems of it fading. I even saw black ones that looked like they could use a little help from the protectant.

Message: I don't reccomend getting the matched paint color because of the reasons that everyone els has already mentioned. If you stay with the black then you don't have to worry about triing to match the color if it is damaged and you don't have to worry about chemicals causing it to change colors on you. I have the the LINE-X and it to me it appears to have a better texture than the rest of them.

Message: whichever you choose, stick with the spray in type. The do-it yourself brush on doesn't compare, IMO.
