Message: Does anyone know if I can buy a front caliper from Napa or something, or is it a dealer part, I looked on Napa's website and at carparts.com and can't find anything.

Message: Lots of parts stores should have what you need. I've found that most online parts databases for repair/replacement parts are not even close to being a complete list of parts available.
Call or visit a local parts house.

Message: To add to what Dan said...
Not only do the parts lists (OEM, OEM-equivalent, and after-market replacment) for most online parts stores suck, a lot of them don't include the 5.9L. And for us Quad Cabbers, they typically don't have listings for us.
What's sad is that I typically end up putting in a 2000 Durango 4x4 w/5.9L. At least then I can actually find some parts.
