Ok I know this has been covered many times over. Is there a way to get the codes for my light . I tried the on off on off on off thing and it didnt work. Can codes even be pulled on a 99?

Ok , did the code test thing and came up with no code. I also stoped at Auto Zone where they will hook a handheld scanner up for free and they didnt get a code either. They couldnt even clear it because there wasnt any code so I cleared it with disconecting the battery. This worked till I started driving down the road and then right away the light comes on. Again I cant get a code. Anyone have any other ideas short of taking it to Dodge and getting taken for a ride. The 5.2 runs fine so it might stay like this for a while. Thanks
