When you wrote there, did you mean "their"?
When you wrote seams, which are where two materials come together and form a bond, did you mean "seems"?

I'm actually quite a happy poster, not pissed off at anyone. I just can't understand how a person can write such a hollow, meaningless statement as "these door panels suck." Umm, just what exactly sucks about them? What problem were you having? Maybe if you described that, and possibly asked for input from others, in the true tradition of a mailing list, you might get a more peaceful reply...

I really like the new interior of my cc sport truck. very roomy and quite.the door panels have incredible storage capacity and feel solid.my only gripe is that the vents dont blow fresh air in unless the fan is turned on.other flaws include pcv hose was diconected and factory production papers were cramed into intake / exhaust manifold, potential fire hazard.

Trekx I agree with you......2001 door panels are quite different. I love the 1997 to 2000 door panels. But hell its a Dakota and its all good.
As for the spell correct idiot....Be real, who cares if the spelling is bad, you replied to the post...

I agree with you trekx, I have a 00 dakota and when I saw the 01, I really disliked them. Seems like they're cheaper too. The doorlocks are smaller and look cheap and there isn't even the little light around the keyhole any more. These small changes make a big difference when the manufacturer shows regress instead of progress.

I have the 2001 and I dont really see how my doors "SUCK". I havent seen a 2000 or earlier though, so I cant compare. I do like the huge storage compartments on the bottom though.
