what is the best brake pad to use with the powerslot rotors? they recommend raybestos quiet stops on the group buy, i know a lot of you have allready switched to the powerslots so i would like your valuable imput before i get mine in the group buy. am interested in a premium pad set so i get very low dust, killer braking performance and a good compatability with the powerslots. thanks for any imput.

I just bought some Rofgren pads, haven't installed them yet so I have no idea how good they will be. I will let you know how I like them once they are on.

I bought the powerslots this winter and have been researching what pads to use for months.

Basically, you need to decide on your intended outcome.

If you wish to have the best stopping power then consider carbon-based pads such as Hawk or Performance-Friction-Corp products.

If you are looking to eliminate all of tha $#$@ black dust on the front wheels then the Raybestos ceramic-based pads seem to be prefered. (less stopping power than carbon)

There is eve Kevlar-based pads available

Here are some more brake links for your research

Do not forget to "season" your new rotors before bedding the pads. READ THIS WEBPAGE!!
