 Subject: motor rattle under power

help!?, when at a stop in drive my 3.9 rattle, almost like a alternator bearing /tensioner type noise. I replaced the tensioner last year, and the alternator seems fine. If i throw her in neutral -wallah, problem minimzed, its only under load that its an issue. sure makes the truck sound like a wimp in traffic....any ideas anyone?

Sounds like timing belt. They all do that. No fix that I'm ware of.

motor mounts possibly???? my bro's chevy does that. rattles and dings whenever under load. especially in reverse
