After trying for nearly a year to get warranty replacement of warped plastic step inserts replace by TruckPerformance [from whom I purchased], I finally contacted WESTIN customer service. FRANK GONZALEZ took care of the problem and sent a complete set, including barrel connectors to me. I received them 2 weeks after requesting assistance from WESTIN.
TruckPerformance's customer service stinks.
WESTIN's customer service is GREAT!
WESTIN is definetly worth doing business with.

They seem to be overpriced too, I can usually find stuff for about 10 % less than what they charge. Glad to hear Westin helped you out ! Many manufacturers seem to be good like that and deserve praise when they are responsive.
