Message: I have a 1993 dakota extended cab 2wd with the 3.9
liter v-6 I know the bolt pattern is 6 on 4.5 but
I am having a terrible time finding rims for it.
What do you guys have, or know of any
manufacturers that make rims with this bolt
pattern.

There are actually quite a few manufacturers which make wheels for our bolt pattern. I know CenterLine will drill their billet wheels in 6 x 4.5. Check out their styles at http://www.centerlinewheels.com/w_catalog/billet.html
Also check out http://www.salesco.com/wheels/inventory/6_on_450_rwd.htm for some more manufacturers with the 6 x4.5
If you don't mind paying top dollar, Boyd Coddington and Billet Specialties have a nice selection.

Message: I was wondering if anyone makes rims for Daks in other colors, mainly black, and grayish colors, seems all i see if chrome, and polished. I see tons of different colors for the imports but none for trucks what gives?

American Racing makes a black 15" rim which (I think) is reminescient of yesteryear NASCAR. You can see what that style looks like at: http://www.kersur.net/~hoegen/wheelafter.jpg
Also in May's issue of Truckin', there is a Dakota with silver & gray rims with spinner knobs. Looks sharp! I'm not sure what the manufacturer is though because the mag is at work.
