I get moisture in my APC clear corners every time i was my truck...is this normal and how can i prevent this or fix this problem

It is normal to get some moisture,but not alot, remove the lenses and look at the bottom corners for the two drain holes, are they plugged? if so then take a small drill very small drill bit and drill in slow, I had to do this on mine and solved my problem.
