Message: Good Job...I paid just about that much for one without 4x4. But I got every option available.

Just ordered:
2002 Club Sport Plus 4x2 Atlantic Blue
4.7L 5 Speed, Steering Audio, LSD, Bedliner,
4W Anti-Lock, Defroster, HD Service,
Overhead Console, Infinity System, Leather
Steering Wheel, Tow, Bucket Seats, Tire and
Handling, Tonneau Cover.
Around 20K US all in. Converted from
Loonies. Dealer Cost. ( Ah, the joys of having
a brother work at DC)
Passed on the alarm and the power seat.
I love this board. Have a couple of questions.
I'm leasing this truck ( Concorde LXI going
back, kids off to school, dad gets his truck) so
I can't do too much just yet. If I keep it I can go
crazy then. If I put in a homebrew cold air ,
autolites and a 180, what can I expect in the
way of improved HP and gas mileage?
Also, on the Concorde and the Mom's 2000
Neon we had to replace the tires, both factory
equipped with Goodyears, at about 50,000 KM
( about 31,000 miles). It looks like the Dak is
going to come with Eagle LS's so I,m thinking
that if I,m going to have to replace the tires
before the lease is up ( 3 yrs ) I just might do
it right away. Does anyone have a favourite tire
that they can recommend? We get maybe
three or four decent snowfalls a year but
mostly dry pavement. Or is this not really a
good idea?
