Well went out and finally got to test the new computer. Somthing is terrible wrong, with the old fu*ked up computer i ran a 9.687 and with the new computer i ran a 9.678 somthing is messing up and dont know what. I did forget to reset the pcm before i raced but that shouldnt make that big of a diff. 60' was badass got some 2.1's and the truck was hooking. im loosing somthing somewhere and when i manually shift the truck at around 5300 and on time at about 5500 i lost a tenth of a second it went to 9.778 but i got the 9.6 when i left it in drive.

Anyone heard of this, with the computer and the problems i was having with the old one i should have gotten atleast 3 to 4 tenths off my time.

I added a hypertech ptm to it and the truck was acting funny as hell, it would die and and so forth. So i took it out, but then i started notice power loss bad the truck went down hill. It wouldnt shift but at 4400 in drive at wot with the tv cable messed with for hours, when it shifted at 5000 before. I chouldnt manually shift the truck it would not leave first, it would just keep going bounce off the rev limiter and a loud clunk would below out the tranny and a little tranny slipage also. But the new computer fixed all of these things but the times just are not showing anything.

I was runing 9.6 and the truck was shifting at 4400 rpm. Also the truck felt like it was pulling hard as hell. So either there times were off (which i really dont see happing) or i got drastic power loss in somthing!

I noticed that the left side was alittle off in time it seemed. Cause there ould be a race, and left lane would win by 1/2 a length, but the times would show that they were neck and neck.....

I think the problems they had earler with the lasers messed up the angle of the laser....

A car with a slower elapsed time can still win the race. Beating someone across the line has nothing to do with et. For instance, in front of me I have a timeslip from a race between myself and a friend. Here is how the time slip reads:

ME FRIEND
.759 reaction 1.330
11.914 1/8th ET 11.394

1st finish .051

His et was 6 tenths faster but I beat him across the line by 5 hundreths. Made me feel good!

Anywho, the lasers were waaaaay off last night. It was fun as hell meetin up with 5pnt9 and Intense, though.
