Hey pickup driver, I have the same prob with my liner doing that. A quick fix is one of the those curtian rod looking things. I put it down near the bottom right up twords the gate, and BAM no more lifting up liner. Mine would actually go as high as the tail gate around 90. :D I like my liner, it has places for 2x4s to slide in, really help when I need to weigh down my back in b/c I made a lil box that sets in between the wheels. Works great, havn't had a chance to pull the liner out yet, it is on my to do list.
