Well holy sh*t guess what.
I finally got my part woo hooo. All that sh*t and the shipping only took 24 hours aint that a b*tch. But hey i did apologize to both tom and bernd for the internet frustration and all the crap that went down. It was just a pain in the ass and all of the internet companys that screw you over hit me at once, and hearing they are so good bieng the reason i bought from them i was like well sh*t what happened but they explained it was a one man operation (bernd was out at the time)which i did not know so the whole trying to get ahold of somone to fix my problem did get to me!
But everything is coo and i probally will give them a second try.
Ok and here is the reason my frustration came about the order was shipped yesterday i got it today, cuz the dist. was in dallas. So you can see why i automatically was pisst at them if my part was ordered friday and the dist put it out on monday it sould be here by tues. like they said. But if you dont know (this is were the i called all the time to get the answers comes in)the order guy had left early for a dead relitive you would think speedtweaks messed up!

Dude, I probably woulda done the same things you did. I am a man of my word, so if someone gives me a time frame, they better stick to it. No offense to these guys, but if you are gonna run the biz, no excuses. All these folks were yappin about how he is just starting, he does it himself. Great. Don't take on more biz, or write verbal checks you can't cash. I have gotten my shipping refunded more than once when a part did not arrived as promised, INCLUDING overnight shipping, which is $$$$$$$.
Glad you got your part, but be prepared for disappointment in the future. Sometimes it takes one bad experience............
My wife is worse than me when it comes to getting things when promised. Boy, nothing like a pissed woman in a crafts store!!

No excuses...we called in the order when promised. We can't control it if someone's relative dies and he goes out of town on short notice (forgetting this and several other orders).
We're stuck in the "ordeal" just as the customer is.
While we try to get all of the orders out in a timely fashion, there's always going to be orders that fall prey to the following "issues" (goes for all companies out there)
(1) Not in stock
(2) On Back order (sometimes on a long delay as well)
(3) Order Processing (yes...computers can screw up as well as humans)
(4) Delivery problems (delays, lost orders, etc.)
(5) Holidays
(6) Incorrect quantities in stock (Mopar is really good on that one)
While there isn't always a reason...we're human and make mistakes as well. We do what we can to compensate (no-cost upgraded shipping, refunds, discounts, etc.) but PsychoRT's situation was somewhat of a "special case". His part was in the same state which is why the shipping was so quick. It should have been to him last week but due to the special circumstances...it was delayed.
As a customer myself...I have problems with my vendors or warehouses occasionally as well. It's all part of the business. (Out of stock, in build process, manufacturing problems, etc.)

bernd, I don't believe the shipper could be the problem! Oh wait, did you use UPS? They suck! As a proud letter carrier for the USPS I can honestly say we have never lost a part... well maybe a few Ford ones, but never a Dakota part! Well probably a few of them as well. So say a vortech supercharger falls out of a box and we can't figure out who owns it, guess where it goes... to E-bay! thats right you better be searching what the USPS is auctioning off lately, never know when you might see a big lot of misc. Dakota parts with no reserve going up.

Hersbird - it wasn't the shipping companies fault, it was the distributor. The part didn't ship because the shipping person left in a hurry due to a family emergency, before he got the day's orders shipped.

Well I am still waiting for my IAT adjuster from speedtweeks which was ordered about 2 months ago. I finally recieved my Intake recently. I was wondering if insted of getting the IAT adjuster, I could pay the differance for some JBA spark plug wires? My name is Joshua Kaumeheiwa. Yes it was my fualt for getting so pisst i shouldnt have came on here to bitch. It was one of those ok i know the dist. is in dallas they took my money out monday so i know its in route. Were the hell is it i called in advance. And i tried and tried to get a hold of tom and bernd(this is before i knew bernd was out of town and i didnt know there was only two people now one in light of bernd bieng out of town) so im like ok i cant get thru its the weekend. Ill flame the sites there on so it will get attention.
Then after bernd and tom going after the dist a few times they found my part and what happened and i got it!
Like they said it was a special case, by a customer viewing it you think hey they got my money i know im in dallas the dist is in dallas, i have no tracking number it should be here, kind of thing. Yea it seems like its there fualt they didnt place the order. But after reasearch it was that one dude out of all the days and orders he forgot mine. So its not there fualt it does fall on the dist. And me not knowing it was a small company got me pisst and frustrated.
So it is a freak accurence!
Yes i did lose my cool, but after the fact everyone lose's it every once and a while and i will still buy from them.

psychoRT - Life is just kinda of funny sometimes. I just consider the quote from Shawshank Redemption, about life just getting in a hurry. I too am in a hurry for things to happen at times but when I am not it's so much better. Just relax and live your life. If you have to cancel some races too bad really it could have saved your life you never know. It's not like it's gonna kill you or anything try to keep this in mind at times when things are not moving fast enough for you. It's hard to do this I know, with work and everything else that must be done you don't want to waste time but what's it gonna do kill us. Well keep in mind these idea's come from an 18 yr old soon to be college student at Texas Tech.

I know its cool!
I am ok now as i got the whole story behind it im cool and the computer works pretty good. but went to track and as soon as we got there RAIN it sucked but i might go to kennedale track sunday so we will have to see how much time i knock off.
Plus i think everyone has one of those just pisst off breakdowns once and a while when you think your only hope is to flame a website or too to get heard. Ohhh well its over and doen with im happy and will buy from them again so pretty much everything is ( A ok )!

did you go to sanger (up in denton) track last night... we saw somebody pull up in a black RT but drove down to the end.... At sanger they stop the racing 3 times..... twice when i was next in line... only got one run in and the stupid old lady couldn't find my time slip even though i went from the strip straight to the office....
kennedale isn't open on sundays unless they are doing something special. they are usually open wednesday thru saturday.

Hersbird - it's cool... I don't like the thought of them going to only 5 day delivery and increasing the cost of postage. Twice, they have sent me back my credit card payment...talked to the post office after the first time and they claimed that it was due to the address window being so high, and said that they would take care of it...the next day, it was back in my mailbox, again!

Intense that was me, And yes kennedale is under new managment so alot of stuff is changing also ennis is doing streetnights again. But its still wet as hell and im not going to bother with kennedale. Ill just hope it dosnt rain next week.
And yea i Always park way at the back with all my friends it was me a jeep a cavalier and about 5 bikes all the rest of my frineds wouldnt take there cars out in the rain but the bikes did lol go figure, next week should be a good turn out if it dosnt rain.
