I have a 2000 Q/C 4.7 it was made in May of 2000 and on the PCM it has a sticker that says authorized update, but I got the truck in July, Does any one know when the flash for the pinging came out my dealer says it has not had any flash to it when I gave him the VIN # could it be from the factery for the tranny.
When did the ping flash come out.

first when you flash your pcm you must only be wearing shoes, socks and an old rain coat.......

Rick, install a 180 T-stat and the ping will go away, worked on mine.
