I realize this subject is very opinionaited but I hopefully can narrow things down. I want to get a stainless or rust resistant exhaust. I do NOT want them to be straight back duals. I am looking for something a little different. I looked at the Gibson dual side exits and their web site says you need to remove the spare tire, which I am not about to do. I don't really want to go fully custom, but if I need to then does anyone know of a good shop in either Central Jersey or around the northern DE/MD line (Newark/Elkton area). Thanks in advance.

I have a flomaster 40 with all stainless piping and chrome mega tips. I like you did not want the straight out the back look so my muffler guy here got a bit creative. Instead of just turning out to the sides he turned the angle of the tips so that the angle was sideways and pointed them towards the rear corners of the bed. It looks awsome and no one else here has them like that (yet). I took some black heat paint and sprayed the inside of the mega tips because they are not stainless and didn't want to be able to see any rust. I wish my scanner was working so that I could show you a visual.

What about the Gibson SuperTruck cat back

It exits in front of the rear tire and has two rectangular SS tips. I would get it if i had more cash

I had this done with a muffler i had origionally
been using for split rear combination. I had
them route it up and over the frame exiting
before the rear tyre.check it out at:

This is a very loud set up. especially on a regh
cab truck.
Cost? 200 bucks labour and parts.

Get stacks along the backside of the cab like a big rig!!! And 12' whip antennas, and lights all along the running boards, cab, tailgate, and mirrors...that'd ROCK!!!

8^)

I told a buddy of mine that I was going to do that with my Quad Cab....he disowned me...the nerve of some people...*sheesh*
