 Subject: trying to find aftermarket headlight

A while ago I saw a 1999 Dakota club cab in a restaurant parking lot and it had an aftermarket headlight which had a separate lens/reflector for the low and high beam. It was NOT just a headlight cover with a couple holes drilled in it, but that's what it would look like if you glanced at it. Does anyone know who makes this or where I can get it?

They must have been using some sort of custom setup, nobody makes any type of good alternate headlight housing for the Dakotas/Durangos yet. APC and Car Wear claim that their 'projector' lamps will be available sometime this summer.
