Message: Ok, I did the V6/V8 TB swap and my gauges do not work now! I have no idea what that has to do with the gauges. Anyone know what I can check? I did reset the PCM correctly after the swap. I messed with some fuses some and got them working but now they've stopped again.
They light up, but the needles do not move, nor does the odometer work. It has to be something loose. I would check the truck for Trouble Codes but I can't read the odometer of course.
Help me out guys!
I can't tell how fast I'm going, or how much gas I got.

Message: Must be a metric thing. I see japanese service manuals that say "feeler gage." I've always spelled it "feeler gauge."

Message: Pretty hard to diagnose over the computer as well. Could be a PCM, gauge cluster or data bus wiring.

Message: Guys, it's me again.
Found out today what the problem was and it was the Instrument Cluster.
My next question is where can I get one besides Dodge? They want over $600 for it. I've looked on eBay and I'm gonna try a few junkyards I guess.
Another thing is I think they screwed me over again. I bout an extended service agreement with this dodge dealer when i got my truck there used last year. Supposed to cover everything that could happen. The only problem is everytime something under warranty breaks they make up some excuse to VOID the warranty.
Like this time, they said because I put white face gauges in there that it voids my warranty.
The gauges worked fine for 8 months with the White ones. But they're just trying to get out of another warranty job.
ANY help would be appreciated.
I'm on my way to talk with a few people at the dealership and see what they have to say.
I just don't understand how you can sell a WARRANTY then back out everytime.
