good god man... he's got a frickin huge work load right now, it takes awhile. james he already told you on another post he shipped your stuff right? The USPS is slow as $#!T right now so give it time. waiting for your parts isn't going to kill you. It took a month for me to recieve most of my order, my Kat-box is back ordered. no biggie man.

I completely agree with Dr0p0ff. I know how it feels to be anxiously awaiting parts or feedback, but on the same token, I know what it is like to be swamped with e-mail, voice mail, hate mail, work, etc.
A couple of days is not the end of the world. Besides, who knows what may be happening in his world?!? Lord forbid, but what if he had a death in the family or something?!? Wouldn't y'all feel a little bad about sweating him for a part or some advice in light of that?

I've got your email and am replying to it. Gimme a few hours though. ;)
There's been quite a bit going on at the shop and we're still catching up. Orders have been called in to the respective manufacturers (if drop-ship is required), stock is arriving on a daily basis, and we're in the process of getting rid of the USPS Priority Mail service for UPS (with email confirmation/tracking numbers). PayPal is a whole other story as they've been "upgrading" and "running maintenance" which has dropped order notifications on several occasions (accepted payments but no notification on our end - complaint filed with PayPal on several occasions).
We're doing the best we can and are slowly but surely coming back up to speed.
On emails, we are now a functional shop as well (two people working there) so we try to anwer the phones/emails as much as we can...but due to local shop work, there will be delays.

Come on guys don't make me out to look like some kind of bad guy. I ordered something over a MONTH ago thinking it would be at my door step in a week or two, like the last couple of orders. When you shell out big bucks for a part and you don't get it when promised you get worried. The fact is I'm not mad at Speedtweaks, I just want to make sure my part is not floating around somewhere. With them going to UPS and having tracking numbers, problems like this will be avoided.
