I'm trying to get intouch w/the Dallas TX location of Reflexxion (bought my cowl hood through them), and want to arrange my pick up.
Anyone have a number for that location?,,OR any Reflexxion location?????

i tried to get it from Autobahn and they wouldnt tell me. All four of my hood bolts broke off and i tried to get hold of them for warranty purposes and Autobahn said they would call and have them call me... well, they lied. I ended up paying $170 to have 4 bolts welded to the hood and painted.
i no longer deal with Autobahn Wholesales

Thanks Graphite. - sweet ride by the way,,we have matching trucks, except mines a 4.7 w/dual black racing stripes. Soon to come off though w/the cowl hood. Probably go w/a single stripe starting from cowl. What do ya think?
Intense- are you talking about the stock bolts? Why did you weld them? When did they break? sorry for all the questions,,,got me bit nervous w/visions of my freshly painted taking flight from the truck.

the dodge dealership was fixing my truck... when i got home, i popped the hood and the cowl part flew up into the air... almost fell off of my truck. i had a 40 minute discussion with good ole dodge and they felt they weren't responsible. they aren't bolts... i meant to say studs. our hoods and aftermarket have studs that nuts tighten down to, to hold them on. don't worry, someone else broke it... not me or cheap quality.

Sweet- Thanks for the info Intense. I just spoke to the Dallas location (Irish Mike's wharehouse..? something like that,,,real nice guy). I'm trying to figure out how I can pick it up. They close at 4pm during the week, and aren't open on weekends.
I'm in Austin, and get out at 4pm.,,plus no mo' vacation left. I was hoping to get up there tomorrow or Saturday and pick her up. Hmmmmmmmm.
Intense- what do you run in the 1/4???
You should put a bleed off valve in the cab!

i had my hood shipped out of the dallas warehouse for only $30! To my home!... of course i live only 25-30 miles away.
i haven't run the 1/4 yet but i ran a 9.2 in the 1/8 with bad traction. remember... i have the stock 3.55 gears with an open diff.

Ya,,I'm probably going to have to have them ship it to me (Austin),,think John said it would cost $55.
I've got a 3.55 open too! Wow,,thought I was the only one!
I'm really considering stepping up to the 3.92's (still would be open though). I'm wondering if that would get me into the HIGH 14's. Currently best was 15.2 - On the most perfect piece of black top, on a cool night - says the Gtech.

True to my impatient nature, I took 4hr.s of vacation time today, and drove to Dallas from Austin, and picked her up!
Looks sweet, and I can't wait to get her on, but I have some questions for you other guys that have this hood.
1. Did you put the hood on and THEN have it painted,,. Or did you take it to your painter seperate/off the truck?
2 How does the grille come off? Tonight was first time I looked at it, and I know I can get the metal support bar off,,,but what are those studs/bolts that go from the hood into the top of the grille? How do they come off,,can they be backed out?
