I have used their products for about 5 yrs now. Everything I've tried has been great. All of their polishes and machine polishes are great. The interior cleaner, car cleaning clay, plastic polish, and interior car scents are also top quality. When I got my new 2002 QC, I purchased the Porter Cable random orbital polisher. This thing works great, makes polishing much quicker. I bought all the pads and polishes from Griots, but I got the orbital from www.planetportercable.com for about $75 less than Griots price. The best part is that they have a 100% guarantee, if you ever don't like something, call them and they refund you. Hope that helps.

Their glass cleaner is the best I've ever used. Their wheel cleaner is also very good. Their car wash is okay, but I'll probably go back to Meguiar's.
