I ordered something over two weeks ago and still haven't gotten it in the mail. I understand he's opening a new shop, but come on. Keep your existing customers happy too. Bernd if your out there whats the deal.

I order both a T-Stat and Intense Performance intake from them about the same time as you. I received the T-Stat yesterday and hope to see the intake before the end of the week. Have patience. There's a note to customers on the website apologizing for the delays.

well, i will send something since no one else has...well, bernd has been extremely busy! his new shop, all the orders, his family...and then his truck...he is having a lot of trouble with getting the thing running again...
i talked to him the other day and i could tell he was one exhausted man...
he has a message on the home page of speedtweaks.net about the issues...you need to talk to him direct about the problem...he might already have your shipped...

I ordered an AIT adjuster via the net. Then after nothing came, I called about it and one came. Installed it, etc. Then, ANOTHER one came in the mail also. I called Bernd, and sent it back. Then it came back again with writing on the tape I put on the box because I opened the box to see what it was. The writing said 'customer pays for return shipping once opened'. The box was opened, nothing else.
I'm waiting for them to charge me twice, because I tried to send it back, and if you are sent something in error, you can consider it a gift. I only ordered one, which is installed. As I said, I tried to send it back. Flame suit on.

Someone said we get a sticker....do we get a sticker? I need a sticker for my truck; maybe it will go faster if I put more stickers on it. ;-)

Man, I ordered a IAT adjuster and borg warner cap and rotor right before he got the shop and I got them in the mail like in 4 to 5 days as promised,but then again I live in Dallas. I have no complaints at all, smooth transactions.

Todd, the policy of the US Postal Service on returning mail is: No Charge if un-opened. Shipping charges apply if it's been opened.

I live in Austin so I guess I get special treatment. J/K.....Speedtweaks is like 15 minutes from me so I'm lucky. Bernd was working on my truck all day Tuesday so I know he was keeping busy. He did a great job. I think he's a very honest person and it's hard to find mechanics you can trust. I wanted that belly pan gasket replaced and the dealer wanted $562 bucks. So I spent $554 at speadtweaks and got that belly pan gasket replaced along with taylor sprio pro 8mm wires, borg warner distributor cap & rotor, 180 stat, fuel injector cleaning, belt replacement, oil change, and a coolant change. Now thats a deal for $554 bucks. I'm sure I'll be back there to have him install my M1 and Crower roller rockers. ~Bill~
