The biggest thing I pulled in my 239 ci 4x4 with LSD was a F-150 Ext. cab 4x4 with the parking brake on in a paved parking lot. In 2wd - had no problems at all.

I sort of wish I got the 4.7 v8, but at the time, it didn't seem important. Going from a 3.0 ranger, the 3.9 was plenty big. Plus, push-rods are better than OHC anyway :-)

They did away with the 5.2 for the 4.7, and now they're doing away with the 3.9 for the 3.7. But I guess it's just Dodge's way of "getting with the times."

I pulled two GI's in a loaded Hummer out of a foot of mud the other day!!! I was so surprised, it felt like there wasn't even anything back there! They ran outa gas and when they pulled off the road, uummmmfffff, it was pure soup. I was kinda pissed that I didn't have my dig camera with me at the time, oh well...
