Need a little help.
'93 dakota with 240k on a 318.
I am having trouble starting it. I basically drain the battery when trying, but some times (with a booster or a jump) upon continuous cranking I can get it to start.
Where to look?
Check ASD relay or fuel pump, how?
I am on my 3rd fuel pump now, could it be failed again?

A little update. My ASD and fuel pump relays were chattering, so I swapped them. THey still chatter, but more positive or loader. I can get it to turn over after a few tries. But what bugs me is the relays chattering on/off, they will probable fail agian soon.
Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad ground to me......
Check all your grounds, take them off and clean them. Then put them back on.
