Ok I think I understand almost everything. So the cross over pipe routes the exaust from the drivers side into the passenger side manifold via the inlet on the manifold in the pic? I Imagine that would be what you would want so everything would balance out. If you were to o it all over again, would you and would you change anything? Of course the cool factor is included, but was it worth doing? Thanks again for your help and patience.

If I did it again, all I would probably change is the location of the wastegate. I should have kept it farther away from the compressor side to keep from heating the "cool" side as much. That would have been easy enough to do if I would have known ahead of time or had any prior turbo knowledge. I still want to change the fuel control system to the SplitSecond box and also add the intercooler system. But those are things that can be changed on the fly. It was definately worth doing. I would recommend it highly.
As far as I'm concerned the only real downside of the system is the need for self control ;>)
