I have a 1994 Dak w/ a 3.9, and just fixed my dome light problem today. I also had no radio, or ignition switch trim light.
Using the search bar at the top of the screen, I read several posts that led me to the under hood fuse box. Though not exactly the same as theirs, my problem was the 5 amp Ignition time delay fuse. Apparently some trucks have a 10 amp fuse, but the label on the inside of the cover of mine said 5 amp.
Replaced it and everything works again.
