Both performance, interior, and exterior?
I regret putting on Ventvisor window shades, or at least choosing the kind that don't match up flush to the side mirrors put actually install partially over the mirror posts...to much wind noise, or perhaps having the Lund Exterminator bug deflector causes the wind noise over the ventvisors? (anyone ever trim the visors to not go over the mirror posts?)
Also hope I don't regret the window tint (having it scratch or fade over time, so far, no problems)
And I maybe should have choosen a Flowmaster 40 muffler instead of the SUV 50 series, as at times, I'm in the mood to hear it loud, and do plan on putting on 4 inch tips -vs- the current 3 inch ovals
Other than the above, I'm ok with all my other mods, especially under the hood, will maybe the jury is still out having both a JET Chip II and IAT adjustor, but at least in the colder months, my 4.7 gets the benefit of the chip.
So my fellow DAK owners, what would you remove, wish you never installed, or swap out, after your experience, performance, run time, and seeing the quality of parts, with the various mods you've installed?

i regret putting this crappy weak sounding dynomax on my truck,regret cutting up my carpet to take my jack out,regret taking my decals off etc

reddak318, why the regret over the decals? You can always get new ones if it really bothers you.(I've seen them on ebay, or you could try the dealership).
I can't really say I regret this, just that I am not as happy as I could have been. The quality of the braided stainless hose that I got isn't that great, I hope they make a nice kit for our trucks one of these days.

Only mod I ever regretted getting was the original tonneau I had on my truck. I have since replaced it with the Innovations Pro Sport cover.

i regret not getting a V8.....if i had all the mods done to a V8 that i have on my sixer i would be running 11's. but having a six that can run is pretty cool.

Hi Keith:
I just checked: I have the "auto ventshade" product that extend a good 2 inches past the top of the mirror tabs, I've seen others like this at the dealer, and they were installed for free when I had my front windows tinted, so I assume they did it right.
I think "ventvisor" is a different product and probably better as I've seen those either fit flush to the top of the mirror tab or insert under the top of the mirror tab, as you mentioned.
I'm not sure if I swap out for the ventvisors, if I'll not get excessive wind noise from the airflow off of the Lund bug shield?

hurst five speed shifter (NV-3500 trans) too loud and grindy sounding. I used to have a 69 camaro with a M-22 "rock-crusher" trans and it was more quiet!

Yah freaking goober. If I wanted a car I woudl have bought a car. Everyone on here wanted a truck or they wouldn't have bought one. He never said performance mods, just mods in general. This could also mean a lift kit which you surely wouldn't put on a car.
