 Subject: another basic question

When servicing your dakota, where do you place the jackstands in the front? I know your supposed to place them behing the front wheel on the frame but you cant if your working right there. would that front frame crossmemeber on 93's where the front skid plate bolts to work ok? is it alot different when using a creeper as opposed to sliding around with your back on the ground?
