I want to paint my door and tailgate handles to match my truck, has anyone this, What is the best way, and anything to watch out for? Also what would be a good price to have this done.

I had this done on my '99 Dakota. The body shop charged me $200 which I think was a little high.

hi
does anyonw know the simplest way to remove the lead and mercury backing of a mirror to paint a picture. ive been doing this for a year now with a sharp blade but it is very slow and often the glass gets scratched . i would appreciate it if anyone can help out

Remove mercury/silver from mirrors:

This question, my friend, is a trade secret! I was also using sharp blades, dremel tools, etc. And then I discovered the most wonderful and easy way to remove the mercury. I suggest you e-mail me and we'll see if I can part with the secret. By the way I do this artistically for a living.
