Help.. the battery on my 99 Dak discharged due to a loose connection. Tightned everything up and charged the battery.........NOW I cant disarm the factory alarm! I have tried unlocking the driver door with the key, no luck. When I turn the key in the ignition to start the truck the horn sounds, off and on, and I get no ignition.

Try the other door. Did you lock it and then close the door and unlock it with the key again?

Thanks CW, I have tried every combination of locking and unlocking that I can think of. The local dealer can only suggest having it towed in so they can check the computer... (wheres my sledge hammer?...) I disconnected the battery today and let it sit for hours to see if that would help.. no luck.
