Message: Replace the Thermostate with a new one, 195 degree. the old one that is in the motor now is sticking open...causing the water to circulate to fast thus causing the cool air.

Message: No such problem with my Dak yet but I've seen this on the 2001 Ram we have at work, also sometimes heat won't turn down. Sometimes it works if you pull on the heat knob as you turn it. Back to dealership on this once already, it still occasionally does it.

Message: Could be the heater valve, controls the amount of hot water able to flow into the heater core. I don't know if it is electronic or vacuum operated on the newer Daks. Feel the heater hoses that head towards the firewall to see if they are warm.

Message: Follow your heater hoses moving toward the firewall. You should find some type fixture in one of the hoses (I don't know what dodges valve looks like). If you do find it sometimes you can open it manualy (depending on the type) but you will have heat all the time. Obviously you can turn the fan off. It may not be under the hood. It could be under the dash on the passenger side.
